The National Society of Natural-Born Citizens of the United States

About Us

On April 30, 2008, the Senate unanimously agreed to Senate Resolution 511 which determined that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen. The legal analysis by Mr. Theodore B. Olson, former Solicitor General, and Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe, did not include a further explanation as to what Delegates at the Convention required of the person to be a natural-born citizen.

This Society was founded to inform the People of the meaning of "natural born citizen."  You are encouraged to write your Representatives and Senators to propose Amendments to the Constitution that will provide the law and legal foundation necessary to make people who are currently not eligible, eligible, because they are not included in the definition of "natural born citizen."  Political correctness is not a legal foundation.

An Amendment is necessary to provide the law necessary to provide woman eligibility to the Presidency.  Woman are currently not eligible to the Office of President because they are not included in the definition of "natural born citizen."

An Amendment is necessary to provide the law necessary for races other than European eligibility to the Presidency.  Currently, only  those of the European race are in the definition of "natural born citizen."  Congress needs to propose an Amendment to the Constitution that will provide the law necessary to provide other races eligibility to the Office of President.  Congress is currently outside the law by accepting Electoral votes for a person not included in the definition of "natural born citizen."

The means to expose who is a natural born citizen is by finding who is not a natural born citizen by the Constitution.  The principle of information examination or investigation that was made popular by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's  fictional detective, Sherlock Holmes will be used.  "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth."
